The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, service interest and an optional message so Shropshire Wills can respond.

How it is used

Your information should only be used to respond to your request and provide the services you ask about. The lawful basis, retention period, data processors and full contact details must be confirmed before launch.

Form delivery

This prototype validates entries but does not send or store submissions. A secure delivery method and appropriate retention controls must be configured before launch.

Videos and future booking

The homepage only connects to YouTube after a visitor chooses to play the video. This notice must be updated when Outlook calendar booking is implemented.

Your rights

The final notice should explain applicable UK data-protection rights, how to make a request and how to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This draft does not install analytics or non-essential cookies. If those features are added, the notice and consent controls will need updating.
